• Intervention (Method): The core transformation step—utilizing targeted methods such as the waterfall of light to dissolve old patterns.
• Anchoring: The process of associating a positive state with a specific trigger so it can be accessed anytime in daily life.
• Reframing: Shifting perspective to view situations from a new, empowerment-oriented angle.
• Integration: Harmoniously connecting newly gained insights with the client's internal system.
• Emergence: The structured process of bringing the client out of trance and back to normal waking consciousness (including the count-out).
